Not all forklifts are the same, they are designed to handle different requirements. A sideshift forklift has an attachment that is used by the operator to move the tines (forks) from side to side, to enable easier placement of the load. A forklift with a rotator can rotate the tines, whereas a fork positioner can move the forks/ tines closer together or further apart.
